The NACYS team brings together skilled professionals across early childhood education, therapeutic services, and community development. Every member of our team shares a commitment to creating positive change in the lives of the young people, families, and communities we work alongside.
Our staff are trained in trauma-informed and restorative practice, and we are proud to be an LGBTQIA+ inclusive and culturally safe workplace. We work collaboratively, across programs and with the wider community, to ensure people find the right support at the right time.
We are led by a volunteer Board of Management and a dedicated senior leadership team. Together, we operate from our community centre on Kaurna land in Davoren Park, with outreach across Adelaide’s northern suburbs.
