NACYS is an incorporated association governed by a volunteer Board of Management. The Board provides strategic direction, ensures financial accountability, and upholds the values and purpose of the organisation.
Board members are elected at the Annual General Meeting and bring diverse skills and experience from across the community, including expertise in finance, law, education, health, and social services.
NACYS operates under a robust clinical governance framework that ensures our therapeutic services meet the highest standards of safety, quality, and ethics. All clinical staff receive regular supervision and professional development.
